Our video library is constantly being expanded with helpful content about running a successful security awareness and training program.
Groups are a great way to exchange information, share ideas, and connect with other Community users and Wombat employees. Anyone in the Community can create a public or private group and control access to private groups.

Live Chat Support
In addition to email and phone, Community members are now able to connect with Wombat’s award-winning support team via our Live Chat functionality.
The Leaderboard lists a ranking of our top-rated community users, who can gain points by participating in discussions, endorsing other users’ answers, and providing a Best Answer to a question posed in Discussions.
Emails From Us
Community members are able to access a library of past Wombat mass emails with our “Emails From Us” feature. The emails include promotional and product-related communications and will include the date sent, subject line, and a link to view the email to verify the validity of mass emails from Wombat Security. It’s just one of the ways we ensure secure, verified communications with our customers.
Community members can submit ideas for product and service improvements, and vote and comment on others’ ideas. You can also use the Ideas section to follow the status of improvements, learn about current features, and reach out to our Product Management team.
