How It Works

A typical Managed Services partnership lasts for twelve months and follows a three-step process that is repeated every quarter.

 

Step 1: Assess Knowledge

It is critical to assess your organization’s potential points of vulnerability and establish a baseline level of knowledge. These types of exercises provide valuable insights into the level of training required and create a benchmarks to measure against. Equally important, this yields data that allows you to prioritize your training efforts. Our Managed Services team can use our knowledge assessments and simulated attacks — CyberStrength®, ThreatSim®, SmishGuru®, and USBGuru® — during this phase, if licensed by your organization.

 

Step 2:  Assign In-Depth Training

Our Managed Services team develops a continuous training plan based on results of data gained during the assessment phase, focusing on the most significant employee and threat-vector risk areas. Employees are assigned interactive training modules that address the top identified risks from the assessments. The assignments can include as many modules as desired, depending on licensing. Employees generally have two weeks to complete the modules from the time they are assigned. Reminders are sent as completion deadlines approach.   

 

Step 3:  Provide Results

As users complete their training assignments, our Security Education Platform collects data about each module. These reports can be compared to the analysis completed following the assessments, and this comprehensive report portfolio can be used to gain a clearer understanding of employee strengths and weaknesses.

Rather than a “one and done” approach, our typical Managed Services partnership mimics our Assess, Educate, Reinforce, Measure methodology. When the initial assessment and training is completed, our Managed Services team uses the results to plan the next three-step cycle, measuring against baseline results of the initial assessments to gauge effectiveness and retention of training. This flexible approach allows our team to make adjustments and focus on specific areas as needed, down to the department or employee level. As such, there is no wasted effort.
