Wombat Security Technologies (Wombat), the leading provider of cyber security awareness and training, adapts the collaborative energy from its annual in-person user conference to include an expanded access through an online Community and customer-based Insiders group. This fuller offering allows customers the ability to directly connect with their peers year round, as well as provides an additional line of communication to the Wombat Security team to ask questions and provide feedback.
"We hosted our inaugural Wombat Wisdom event -- appropriately named, since a group of Wombats is called a 'wisdom' -- in 2015, and coming out of the conference we received feedback from attendees that they wanted to continue the productive conversations they were having both with each other and also with members of the Wombat Customer Success, Customer Support, Product Management and Development teams," said Amy Baker, VP of Marketing. "This expanded offering is a direct illustration of how we work to incorporate customer feedback to continuously evolve our product."
A successful 2016 conference was enjoyed by an audience of more than 150 attendees, where the following items were discussed:

The new Community allows Wombat customers a platform to learn and collaborate through discussion threads and groups where they can share best practices, success stories and ideas. Customers are able to enjoy several support enhancements in the Community, such as an expanded Knowledgebase with articles and documentation, and the ability to view support cases for their license or live chat with a member of the Support Team. The Community also acts as a repository for all announcements, product updates and licensing information to keep users connected and run a successful security awareness and training program. Additionally, a selection of the presentations and materials from the conference sessions are available to attendees.
