Anti-Phishing Phil Selected by Fluor Hanford for Phishing Awareness and Education at the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Hanford Site

PITTSBURGH, PA January 22, 2009 – Wombat Security Technologies announced today that Fluor Hanford has selected Phil, Wombat’s flagship phishing awareness and training game for use at the US Department of Energy’s Hanford site in Washington State.

The scope of work includes providing an effective and interactive training program designed to teach Hanford system users how to identify and avoid the pitfalls of fraudulent email phishing attacks. These attacks pose significant risks to organizations by foiling existing anti-spam defenses and other security measures.
