Wombat’s Email Security training is a 10 minute training session that provides effective training in the context of a traditional email system.  Employees are taught to spot phishing traps in fraudulent emails, including fake links, malicious attachments, enticing offers, and time sensitive requests.  Users are shown emails similar to those they receive on a daily basis and are asked to decide if highlighted areas in the emails are security traps.  The training provides immediate feedback based on your employee's actionos so they learn in real time.  Email Security includes an extensive collection of emails so users can take the training multiple times and be exposed to various forms of scams.

Email Security is SCORM-compliant so it can stand alone or be integrated into a Learning Management System (LMS).  The training offers extensive reporting functionality, enabling administrators to target future training by identifying traps that are particularly enticing for employees. Email Security is deployed on your intranet and can be customized with your organization’s branding or industry specific URLs.  A 508-compliant version is also available.
