Cyber Security Software Developer

Software engineers will be called upon to use their software architecture and design skills to lead the development of Wombat’s industry leading cyber security software platform. Employees in this role will have responsibilities across the full software development life cycle including requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, and support.

Required Skills

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
•    2 or more years of experience developing MVC based web applications
•    2 or more years work experience with Java
•    1 or more years of experience developing front ends in Javascript and HTML
•    Strong interpersonal skills
•    Must be able to work independently as well as in small groups to problem solve

Preferred Skills

•    Experience with Spring 3 and/or Struts 2
•    Experience with Hibernate or other ORM packages
•    Experience working in an agile team
•    1 or more years of experience working in a Linux environment
